Модуль 5.

Inanimate Alice

1) В данном модуле необходимо было создать собственный вариант интерпретации ключевых фрагментов эпизода Inanimate Alice: Russia.

Alice’s apartment
We can see a big grey window in her room. Also, there are her bedroom, dark wallpapers, table, mirror, patterned curtains. We also see the overview on Moscow.
Strange music with voice (I don’t know this foreign language) which becoming more dynamic



We should look on the animated pictures and follow the arrows on the screen. It’s very interesting what will happen next. Also, we should find the missing matryoshka in this episode.
Trouble
We see Alice inside her closet, who listening the conversation.
We hear the conversation between her dad and someone else, music is dynamic with voice.
We should just read the text and find the missing doll.
Siberia
Alice’s dad works in Siberia. We see one of them rooms. Also, we can see Alice’s dad job. There are a lot of oil rigs and fire.

We should look on the pictures and follow the arrows on the screen. This part is interactive. We should find the missing doll (matryoshka)
Checkpoint
We see view through the car window. Then we see lights of checkpoint, and the view in the car. There is the guard, which walks around the car and stares on them; light from flashlight.
Fast, dynamic melody with voice (there are strange sounds, such as da-da-di-da). Sound of footsteps; some taps.
We should follow the arrows. Also, we should find the missing doll.




Airplane
Alice’s family are driving through the guard and next, we can see picture with the airplane. Then we can see purple sunset, lovely clouds and an aircraft turbine. They are flying to another country.


Music is calm and not depressing.
We can see a sound of an aircraft turbine.



This episode was without any arrows and we should just reading. 




2) И написать свои мысли по эпизоду.

It was interesting for me to meet this story ‘Inanimate Alice’. When I was reading the episode Russia, I paid attention to the plot, first of all. It was rather unusual. The narrator was a girl (Alice), whose face we didn’t see. Also, I have been staring at the pictures of this episode. Visual effects were no so good, but it was rather interesting to find the missing doll or matryoshka. But, I didn’t like the music. It was so strange with some unclear language. It was like a music from horror films, I suppose. Especially, I was scared of Alice’s screaming. It was unexpected. 
I really enjoyed the idea of this episode. We can see a teenage girl, living in the foreign country who has no friends around her in her real life and the only friend is her Internet boy in the game. We can see first teenager love there. And that’s not all. Her father has problems with business in Russia and they have to run and hide around the World. It’s really cool plot.
For me, there wasn’t any difficulties while reading this episode. Everything was clear and easy to understand. But sometimes I couldn’t find the matryoshkas.
I suppose, the moment with school was the most interesting of this episode, because I could see, how foreigners see our schools. But, unfortunately, it's untrue. Also, this episode was bright unlike the rest dark episodes. Though, I can choose another interesting moment for me - it is game. I mentioned that you should have to find missing dolls.
In conclusion, I'd like to give a tip to future readers - just enjoy this episode of Inanimate Alice and read other episodes.
